Experiment with temperature, grind size and contact time, with the flow-control plunger providing an added layer of control through the gentle pressure applied: immersion brewing extracts the fullest flavour, with paper micro-filters ensuring a grit-free cup.

ABOUT AEROPRESS

Founded in 1984 by inventor and retired Stanford University engineering instructor, Alan Adler, Aerobie Inc. manufactured high performance sport toys, including the Aerobie Pro flying ring, which was used to set a Guinness World Record for farthest thrown object.
