Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your items in their original CAFUNÉ packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and remain in sellable condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
